Vancouver, BC – (August 31, 2010) – STEMSOFT Software Inc (“STEMSOFT”), the leading provider of software solutions for the cell therapy and transplant community, is pleased to announce the licensing of StemLab, the leading cell therapy and cord blood banking laboratory software, to the Celebration Stem Cell Centre (CSSC) in Gilbert, Arizona.

CSSC will be processing cord blood utilizing BioE’s PrepaCyte® CB Cord Blood Processing System which is designed to enhance cell recovery and product safety. The PrepaCyte CB procedure template is built into StemLab and provides CSSC with the ability to track and analyze their data electronically with minimal upfront configuration effort.
StemLab is designed to manage and streamline the unique workflow procedures followed in a cord blood laboratory. StemLab assists both cell therapy and cord blood banking laboratories with heightened quality control, improved inventory management and the generation of robust outcome reports – including the ability to correlate product manufacture with clinical outcomes.
